Tried for over an hour and a half to get this to work. It was supposed to be a 2 minute setup. Never worked...not even once. Either wouldn't sync (tried 6 different troubleshooting suggestions), wouldn't connect (tried 3 different Fitbit accounts and 3 different phones), wouldn't reset (tried 10+ times to do a full reset but never worked once), or wouldn't turn on (died 5x). Returning. I've had probably 500 different personal technology devices in the past 10 years, multiple Fitbit watches, multiple scales that sync with FitBit, and I work on resolving technical issues full time. I promise it was the scale. I even tried to set it up with 2 other people...no luck.
