The included remote control did not work. Arrived with battery intact & stNdard plastic strip to ensure battery did not start being used till u remove plastic. Removed it and no go. Replaced battery and no go. Opening unit to replace battery took kinds of work. Can operate manually, bu not all choices offered on remote avail manually. Poor quality product without remote. Company did not offer way to contact them to get new remote.
