I really like this shaver. It's quiet, it's waterproof and I've never had a problem with battery life. It feels great in your hand and does what I expect. That is until taking off the guard to clean/lube it and the 2 plastic notches on the shaver side that hold the guard on snapped off. Completely sheered off and this wasn't me man handling or brute forcing the shaver. Normal usage and now the guard won't stay on. ~6mo of light use and it's already broken. Called Panasonic since it has a 2 year warranty only to hear that *I* have to pay for shipping of the device to Texas and then they'll decide whether to repair or replace it. No way in hell Panasonic. I asked for a replacement and a way to eliminate any downtime by not having the shaver. "Oh, that's not possible." So there you go folks. If your shaver breaks, don't count on Panasonic to get you a new one and if you want yours fixed it's going to cost YOU. I wish I could tell you to buy it but after such a terrible customer support experience and having the device break in 6 months this is a solid DO NOT BUY.
