Shipped wrong item, no returns
We ordered incense and were shipped... a bottle of xantham gum!? WTF is this!? And the item isn't even eligible for return. Normally I wouldn't be concerned because even if the incense was broken it would still burn and smell good, but this isn't even incense! It's quite possibly the most random substitution I have ever seen. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
