I really wanted to like this book for the natural practices for women's bodies and health tips, but couldn't get past the rituals and introductions of another religion.This book was listed in the Christian section and it's anything but. Upon opening the book and trying to get through multiple pages it was extremely difficult as it's painfully obvious the author is going into spiritual realms and dimensions that just doesn't sit well as it doesn't seem to be of God. I pray that all of my sisters in Christ use discernment and ask the Father for guidance if planning on reading.
