Better hope all your pieces are perfect. After two hours of trying to set it up, I realized one piece wasn't welded straight. A family member even said it was way off. If I left it the chair would wobble terribly. Long story short. Best Choice Products did not care and clearly don't value their customers. I stopped receiving responses all together with them. So boxed it up, took off of work to meet UPS since it didn't fit in my car (which no not cool I had to), and sent it back. Spent about 4 hours total with set up, emails, and to box it up. I won't count the 4 hours off of work. Sadly, found two other items I liked but because its the same company I won't even bother. Just hope your stuff is perfect or youre shipping it back cause the company doesn't care.
