Runs well go really fast 18mph. Battery life is less than promised. Distance a little over 3 miles at full speed. Now the item is worthless because it has a rear flat tire. Can't seem to buy one anywhere. Company support is zero. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND NOT BUYING THIS SCOOTER IF YOU EVER THINK YOU MAY NEED SUPPORT. Otherwise go ahead it ran great for a month and if I can ever find a replacement tire it will probably run good again. Update support finally sent me a link to the proper tire tube. With instructions on how to replace. Instructions were somewhat useful, but it still wound up costing me $30 to have a motorcycle shop out the tire back on the rim. Still haven’t changed my mind good scooter bad support.
