Overall, very dissatisfied with this prouct. I don't normally write reviews, but this one needed it. The two internal buckles are so poorly designed. They are very flimsy and are guaranteed to break at some point in my personal opinion. In my case, the product shipped with them broken upon arrival. That just goes to show you how flimsy they really are... I also did a test fit to evaluate whether I was willing to consider a replacement. Upon doing a test fit, the stichings on the shoulder strap broke and the backpack is no longer useful. For the $65 I payed for this bag, I had much higher expectations.
