I was so excited about this supplement! It was recommended by my doctor, and this was the cleanest and most potent form that she had found. I took it in the morning before eating, and had extremely high anxiety symptoms all day. Shaking hands, rapid heart rate, sweating, nausea... I was hoping it was from something else, because I wanted this to work! I experimented on another day with the same reaction. Perhaps my body is just strangely sensitive, but wanted others to be aware.
