this is the WORST item I have ever purchased in my whole life. Apparently it didn't leak when installed in the faucet (because no way you can really install it in the shower as advertised because it just bursts off drenching everything!!!! Then, when I finally got it to work, I bath my small dog, took me like 12 mins. When I turn around, my whole cabinet was dripping EVERYWHERE!! I just had gone to Costco last night to get papper towels, gave tissue and tp.... ALL THE WERE COMPLETELY DRENCHED AND RUINED.... I was only about to save what you see on the pics and that is questionable. I wish there was a way of this seller to refund me for the item and ALL I also lost. DO NOT GIVE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT, I would give them a -5 if I could do they finally take it off the market. I wish Amazon would do something about it.
