Hi Everyone, This product is crap. The material is actually quite good but the buckles break since they are made of very brittle chrome or aluminum. But that is not what irks me. Listen to this.... When I asked for a refund, they were very nice and easy to work with. However, I had to pay for two defective bags to go back - scratch $11. Then when I did not get 100% of my refund, I asked why and they said it was for a 'restocking fee.' Then I got this email....get ready for it.... "Hello, Thank you for your e-mail. We did not charge or collect any tax. The refund was not complete because of the restocking fee. If you were to remove your negative feedback we can refund for the full item. Please let us know if we can help with anything else. Thank You, Customer Service ArmyUniverse.com:" You gotta love it....bribe the customer to remove the negative review! That is a first for me. Actually, I am fortunate to have bought 2 bags since I can leave feedback on the defective first bag and the attempted bribe on the second! Whatever you do, gang, don't do business with these people. I am out a total of $30 because of these clowns. I won't be bribed.
