Most of the features of this phone system are great. However, after following the instructions I cannot turn off the Caller ID voice. I select off and it still comes on with each call. The volume is high and the voice is annoying. I tried cycling on save off save and it doesn't stop. I checked after saving and it says off but it is on. This is likely a programming error. Also the voice caller ID is loud and annoying. It mispronounces a lot of things.So if I could have shut it off 4/5 stars. I ordered another one of these to see if I just received a defective item. It did the same thing and the manufacturer support line agreed that it was a product fault. It will ring about two times before the caller ID Voice activates. It cannot be shut off. Not the quality I expect from Panasonic.
