Just returned from my trip (Atlanta to Frankfurt to Cairo). I tried to use this thing on 2 legs of our trip but took it off within 15 minutes. The fleece material around my neck made me hot and the support 'bones' didn't feel like they were at the right angle-- I had to lean my head over so much that it wasn't comfortable. This may work on someone with a longer neck and not peri-menopausal.
