Waste of money like other health fads introduced by predatory health food companies. Think about it. They create a new product for those fearing to get old , feel it, and look it. They put out a few questionable studies with very low sample numbers to be meaningful and sell the product based on faulty studies. Result: they make billions of dollars on the ignorant American public. When the public figures this out, they then shift to another new gimmick health fad to make millions more (guclosimine another example). Do not sucker for it. I used the product for a month and nothing. Collagen changes dramatically when it hits stomach acids. If you do not believe this, google it and find out yourself. Save your money and do not be another victim of this fraud on the consumer.
