battery pack allowed for two full charged of my cell phone; however the unit does not recharge itself at all, regardless of how much direct sunlight it receives. after charging my phone twice, the battery was basically dead. left it outside in direct sunlight for 10+ hrs, two days in a row... never recharged. pretty much has to be plugged in via the usb cable to recharge the unit and take on a trip. very disappointed. 9/2/19 - update - was contacted by the manufacturer and refunded for the unit. good customer service does not, however, negate the fact that this device does not perform as advertised. 9/11/19 - i take back what i said about their customer service. after being refunded, they asked me to change to remove this negative review. i refused to do so, and they have been emailing me ever since. very annoying.
