I paid $100 to buy "the best" product out there so my property would not be stolen. The first time I went to unlock it... it stuck... it WOULD NOT OPEN!!! Now my $20k new tractor was useless unless I figured it out or cut the chain. Upon reading reviews... COMMON PROBLEM!!! They will not accept return since 30 days has passed. Their "warranty" is useless if you read the fine print... by the time it's all said and done, you MIGHT get a new lock for another $100 after paying shipping and them deducting "fees" and you STILL CAN'T TRUST THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE A FAULTY PRODUCT which causes you to be unable to unlock it and waste valuable time & resources. RIDICULOUS!!!! WILL NEVER EVER BUY A KRYPTONITE PRODUCT. They were ready for my complaint and didn't do squat to make it right... $100 down the drain!
