If you purchase this gym, please do NOT let your baby have the cloud/raindrop toy. Last night I fished one of the raindrops out of my baby daughter’s mouth. Luckily I noticed the funny look on her face before she swallowed it. So scary. The raindrop detached from the cloud while she was playing with the toy and being a typical baby, she popped it in her mouth. The raindrops are about the size of large grapes for reference. The gym is pretty and has served us well until this incident. But I feel like it's an unsafe item and hope other parents see this review. I contacted Skip Hop and a customer service rep has said she will forward the information to management and that my item must have been defective. Update - I was never contacted by Skip Hop customer service with any sort of followup. I guess I expected some kind of refund or even just a “sorry your baby got ahold of a choke hazard from the baby toy we sold you” message but, nothing. Hopefully they improve the design. Pretty bad customer service considering what happened.
