This product was (because it doesn't exist anymore, after what happened) horrible. My $800 mountain bike was stolen the first night using this lock. The thief cut the lock right in half with ease! I relied on the "quality" of this lock to keep my bike safe. The bike was stolen during the night in my apartment complex. I live in a very nice complex downtown with remote access to my garage, yet the thief was still able to cut it fast and leave under 2 mins! Horrible lock. Do not buy if you want your bike to remain safe.
