I bought this thing in Nov 2016, now we ...
I bought this thing in Nov 2016, now we are in Oct 2017. Barely one year, the insulation part is falling apart. The insulation mechanism relies on the thin plastic/rubber ring. You can see from the attached pictures how they fared. In my opinion, this is a design flaw.
