I bought this unit in April and 41 days later it quit working. Contacted Amazon and they stated it was outside of the 30 day return and to contact the manufacturer. I sent the manufacturer an email, filled out a contact form on their site and sent an inquiry through WhatsApp and a week later still no answer or acknowledgment from Carlinkit. Worked great until it didn’t so buyer beware if you need support.
