False Advertising! Italy adapter NOT included!
BUYER BEWARE: False advertising! I bought this for a trip to Italy. The listing clearly states, “Power Travel Adapter in UK European Italy Asia etc.” I received the product and the instruction manual clearly states “Included adapters are NOT compatible in South Africa, Italy and India (please buy separately.” And sure enough, the adapters do not work in Italy.
I emailed the seller about this on April 9th. It is now May 6th - nearly a month later - and I have received no response or resolution.
