The IPad Mini we received was NOT factory certified refurbished as claimed on Amazon nor was it ready to use. It did not come with factory accessories. WORSE, it still had all the information, photos and apps installed from the previous owner. There is no way a certified refurbished IPad would not be reset and ready to use. My biggest concern was whether it was stolen. There is a phone number associated and an Apple ID is for someone at the Home Shopping Network. I think I'll send them an e-mail just in case.
