A picture is worth a 1000 words. Please look at the reviews of those who likes, had not used for some time. Fell apart after 5 months of use (one side never worked properly). Contacted company to honor 5 YEAR (not month) warranty and they said it would not be covered. They saw this picture as well. What do you do when a company refuses to honor warranty? Just not worth the fight. They knew was bought from Amazon, as well as amazon's 30 day return policy, and instructed us to return where we purchased. We are trying to do so. Would never buy Lifetime's products again. If you do, buyer beware.
