I really like my jack and use it more than any other jack. That said, it started leaking about 6 months after I received it. I sent an e-mail to the customer service center and received a prompt reply that there are no serviceable parts and that I should take the jack to a hydraulic shop for repair. I reiterated that the jack was still under warranty in a subsequent e-mail. I did not receive a response. Several weeks later, I sent another e-mail message stating that my jack was leaking. Once again, I was told to take it to a hydraulic shop for repair. I once again stated that the jack was still under warranty, and I once again received no response. In my opinion, the 1-year warranty on the jack is a joke. Ultimately, I disassembled the jack myself and replaced the o-ring that was broken. Since then, no more problems. It would have been nice if a schematic was included in the manuals.
