I have ordered 15 zinus beds and mattresses in this year alone, including three of this bed. Their products are great for the price. I am extremely disappointed in the last one that I received. It had a manufacturing defect in one of the headboard vertical poles - the 2-3 piece. I understand that this happens in manufacturing occasionally - what I am annoyed with is Zinus's response - or rather, lack there of. I called, left a voice mail, emailed, and left a question on Amazon. NO RESPONSE. I will be spending extra money and time to "make it work" by drilling new holes, purchasing nuts and bolts, and the bed wont be assembled 100% correctly. Yes, I realize I could ship the entire bed (now half way assembled) back to Amazon for a new one. Who has time and energy for that? Just overnight me the one replacement piece, Zinus! Or how about a credit towards the next purchase if I decide to keep purchasing your products after this? PS - I am a professional furnishes a lot of houses. PPS - I will consider revising this review if and when I ever hear from Zinus.
