Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I did not even open the clear plastic packaging. I had read the previous bad reviews detailing dirty and/or bedbugs and I dismissed it as being attributed to a batch issue given the other good reviews. Obvious dirt and what appears to be possible bedbugs were visible on the mattress through the packaging. I'm crossing my fingers that they were contained inside and no bugs have made their way into my home from the box itself. Clearly quality control is lacking at the very least. Item is being returned.
