Purchased this printer three months ago and as of today it won't power on at all. No lights, no sounds. Tried a different power cord and outlet, no luck. The only thing I can think of is a power surge, but it was plugged into a fairly new surge protector and I have no trouble with the other devices plugged into the same strip. I doubt I printed more than 50 pages. So I search in vain for a way to contact support on HP's website. After inputting my serial number, I am informed that I have 9 months left on my warranty, however "This product is no longer serviced by HP. You may search for possible solutions on this support website."
