I'm very unsatisfied with this item. It stopped working after 4 uses. I tried to contact the company via email help@thisworx.biz ,but I still have not received a response. it's been two weeks and counting!! Amazon told me that I could not return it, because the return date has pass, but it was still under the manufacturer warranty. My email: Hello  I purchased the attached item for my dad in February. The item was only used 4 times and stopped working. Amazon told me to contact you ,since the item is still under the manufacturer warranty. As I mentioned before the item was only used four times before it stopped working. The item has not been dropped or misuse. The item was cleaned properly and stored after each use. The item currently do not have any power . We tried to use it on three different Outlets . I was told by Amazon that you could troubleshoot the problem or send me a replacement . You can contact me by replying to this email or calling NO RESPONSE!!!
