Let me start by saying that this is my favorite game to play. WHEN I CAN ACTUALLY PLAY IT! This app is constantly freezing up causing me to lose tickets and prizes. So frustrating.. I don't know if it's an issue because I'm playing on my Kindle Fire or if it's an issue with the app itself, but I'm seriously considering kicking it to the curb. Tried to contact support, and the stupid thing even froze up then! Fix the freaking bugs!
