Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I have many of the America's Test Kitchen, Cook's Country & Cook's Illustrated cookbooks. I also subscribe to their magazines and web pages. This is the first book that I have been disappointed in. Many recipes call for ingredients that are not available in Midwest grocery stores. I will have to order these ingredients and then most likely only use a few times. I'm thinking of returning the book.
