Cannot run at full power. Amazon was great but Poulan Pro customer service was beyond awful. Cuts out once throttle is fully depressed. Poulan Pro first wanted me to take it to a service center. Service center wanted nothing to do with it and told me to seek a replacement directly from Poulan Pro. Subsequent phone calls to Poulan Pro were a waste of time. They refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. Given the lack of customer service from Poulan Pro, avoid and look elsewhere. In addition the serial number on box was missing from product itself. Serial provided on box did not match Poulan Pro database.
