I was very disappointed with what I received. I’m from the Caribbean and very much aware of what the hibiscus and sorrel plants are because I grew up amongst both. This is not Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sirensis, as stated in the item description and what I was looking for). This item is sorrel (Hibiscus Sadba) - soooo COMPLETELY different altogether. Folks who are not aware of the scientific names or appearances of both plants will be confused if they were actually looking for the hibiscus flower with the delicate petals because the description on this item’s page even has mismatched both plants. It is not until you boil the petals and they relax, that one is able to discern the difference. Not offering customers a refund for your error is also totally not cool... For those who THINK they can’t get a refund...that is also untrue...
