Purchased in October, received as a Christmas gift. I handwash and dry immediately after use. Knives started to rust immediately. Within 3 weeks, 7 of the knives are rusted and several others are showing signs of rust. Amazon return policy does not allow for Holiday returns and Cuisinart is a joke. First they were IMPOSSIBLE to reach via phone, ignored online complaint and took 5 days and 6 emails to receive this response: We do apologize about the issue that you have experienced. Unfortunately, Cuisinart warranty do not cover rust, Rust is not considered a manufacture defect. I will NEVER buy another Cuisinart product EVER. STAY AWAY!
