I am disappointed that the first ingredient in these Purecane products is Erythritol! Yes, I should have looked more carefully at the package photos before ordering. It says nothing about this on their website, only mentions the fermented sugarcane, which, but the way is the LAST ingredient in both the baking and sugar packets. Can you taste the Erythritol, bitter after taste? YES!! Maybe some can't but I am very sensitive to it. It also gave us digestive upset, just like Erythritol. Hope this company works on their honesty in advertising...this is nothing "new" or "amazing"...just Erythritol!!!
