JUNK!
My 82 year old mother purchased this computer without my knowledge. I found the computer half setup in her home. As far as setting this computer up and getting it running in five minutes! ha! We called our local cable company, Comcast who came over the next day to try and help us set up this "easy peasy to set up computer." After the Comcast technician spent 45 minutes on the phone with a "technician" from WOW it was decided by the WOW representative that our Comcast cable is incompatible with the WOW system. The WOW technician knew we were dealing with Comcast from the beginning so why didn't he start the conversation with the incompatibility story? Seems a little fishy.
Since the computer obviously isn't going to work we tell them we would like to send it back, WAIT FOR IT! There will be a $165.00 restocking fee plus you must pay $52.00 to mail it back not to mention you will be charged if any packing material, i.e. Styrofoam packing material is damaged or box is damaged. Luckily for us she damaged nothing removing it. I would love to know how much they would charge for a broken piece of Styrofoam! All in all my mother learned a $217.00 lesson. WOW computers are sent to you my a marketing company, they are in no way related to a computer company. Also, if you want any further technical support you will need to pay a monthly VIP technical support fee. Cha-Ching!
But my favorite part of the whole deal is that it has 2 GB of Ram! For $1,200.00!!
