This is not a Serta product. It's Sleep Innovations. It looks like the reseller is simply slapping a Serta sticker on top of it, and sending it out. Inside the bag is a pillow, and a whole bunch of information from Sleep Innovations. I've included pictures below. While this seems like a decent pillow, it's not what I ordered, and that kind of switch out is not okay. I normally don't like providing seller related feedback, but since so many other users have mentioned this, it's important to know: this is not a Serta product. If you're all right with getting a Sleep Innovations product, it's a very comfortable pillow.
