Purchased this treadmill in November 2017. At first it met all our expectations, then in May 2018 the treadmill stopped abruptly while my husband was walking on it. The error code was "E8" Over load error - User may have exceeded max weight. The maximum weight for the product is listed as 250 lbs; my husband only weighs 150 lbs. Luckily, he was walking when the treadmill stopped; it would have been have very dangerous had he been running. On a regular basis, the treadmill now abruptly stops with this error after about 45 minutes of use. We called Best Choice Products customer support and were told this is a known issue, but because the warranty period had expired they would do nothing to remedy the problem. Buyers, please take note of this dangerous issue and do not buy this treadmill.
