Comfy BUT apparently the staff disappeared when the seams on BOTH seats ripped. I’ve tried to contact them as per their website instructions and sent pictures along with proof of purchase. The response... NOTHING. No return label, no reply, no replacement Chairs. At this point I will have to purchase new chairs because the sporting season has begun. This is totally unacceptable to have TWO chairs rip at the seams (at the interior sides where you sit) in LESS THAN 6 MONTHS!!! And by the way, neither one of us weighs more than 140lbs. So, if your relying on the warranty to back you, then you’ll be sorely disappointed.
