Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Before I buy a product, I always read the bad reviews first. The most frequent complaint about the Ambient Weather station was connection problems between the base unit and the outdoor sensors. I had the same problem. When I read the good reviews, I noticed that many of them were from 2019 so I thought any problems with the unit were probably taken care of. I was mistaken. I placed the base unit and outdoor sensor a little more than 5' apart on my living room carpet. The connection icon on the base showed only 1 out of 5 bars. I moved the outdoor sensor about 20' away and even the 1 bar disappeared. Worthless. The display is another problem. The viewing angle is not good, and that limits where you can place the base unit. DON'T BUY THIS! P.S. With Amazon's computer skills, why don't they show reviews with more recent first? Or, let us sort by oldest to newest? It's kinda silly to have to read reviews from 2016 and scroll down to read reviews from 2019. After all, the product could have improved over the years.
