This is the third Wahl trimmer that I've owned. The first one was great and eventually died after years of use. This is the second trimmer that I have had to throw in the trash because of broken teeth on the trimmer head. The teeth break if you frequently change the guards on the trimmer. They are VERY FRAGILE. I had this last trimmer for about 3 weeks before the teeth broke!! I'm very disappointed. I like the power of the trimmer, but the quality is very low. The problem is, if the teeth break, you can cut yourself badly. I didn't realize that the two of the teeth on the trimmer head were broken and I used the trimmer without any guards. I cut my chin badly and had to put a butterfly bandage on it for a several days to heal up. I probably should have gotten a couple of stitches, but I live in the mountains in Colorado, and don't have anywhere near me to go for emergency medical care. Wahl is going to get sued by someone who cuts themselves the way I did, if they keep making crap like this. I'm not an old guy with frail skin either. I'm 35, extremely fit, professional firefighter and paramedic. DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. IT WILL BREAK AND HURT YOU!!
