After four months of gentle use, it is already leaking from the bottom drain. I have taken great care of it and handwash the basin only. I am really disappointed. I have contacted the manufacturer and I am waiting for a response. 10/22: contacted customer service and they had me email them to discuss the problem and to provide photos. I complied. Sent multiple emails since first week of October. No response from the company. They do not stand by their products. Received a replacement as they said my item was defective. Customer service was helpful via telephone but they do not answer emails. I appreciate that they sent a replacement. Replacement ended up leaking less than two weeks later. Will not purchase again
