I wanted to be able to work on a puzzle at the dining room table, pack up the unfinished puzzle, and store it vertically until I was ready to work on it again. While this product is better than nothing, and better than having an incomplete puzzle clutter the dining table for days and days and sometimes weeks, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. Maybe my expectations were too high. I read and reread the directions and I'm confident that I'm using it correctly. I try to move the case very gently and slowly, but the puzzle always slides around and sometimes breaks apart. The individual loose pieces fall to the bottom of the tray they are on and have to be turned over, spread out, or resorted again. I can't just open this up and start where I left off. There's always some time needed to redo work that had already been done which is not what I was expecting when I bought this. The zipper also gets stuck frequently.
