OK the story line was good but WAY too graphic on the sex scenes. NOT appropriate for any age in my opinion. One can write a very good love story without being graphic on the sex scenes. NO I'm not a prude.... but really the earl sitting eating dinner in his room naked while his wife, who is an innocent, looks on. Then talking about him having an erection while looking at his wife. Really? that's necessary and adds to a story? This and the steamy sex scenes make the book- the story just TRASH. And we wonder why our civilization is in the toilet. It's explicit sex on TV, books, advertisement you name it that degrade the beauty and dignity of femininity and adds to the exploitation of women. If women really want equality they do better on earning respect not exploiting their sexuality.
