While the Alexa integration is cool, the screen interface is very intuitive, and the speaker is a nice touch and sounds great, I can't give this thermostat the rating it should have after what we paid for it. The entire purpose of getting this thermostat was to help lower your electric bill by controlling the temperature in your home better than with an original thermostat with all of their cool features and settings. However, as we found out after a couple months of usage, this thermostat more than DOUBLED our electricity usage. For some reason, once the fan turns on (even when the setting is set to 0 min/hr), the fan will never shut off, even if the AC or heat isn't in use. Until they can get the software fixed to allow the fan to stop running, none of the other features matter when your electricity bill increases that much just by installing this thermostat. They also have a 30 day return policy, Since it takes more than 30 days to see the effect on your electricity usage, I think they should have a 60 day return policy. I'm now stuck with a thermostat I can't use because of that.
