The large depth of the brush head precludes maneuvering in the hinge area around wisdom teeth. The brush head depth is 3/4 inch with 11 mm of bulky hard plastic, compared to Phillips Sonicare, which is 1/2 inch deep with only 3mm of plastic. I am going back to the Phillips Sonicare, since I prefer to maintain all of my teeth as opposed to just the front ones.
