You WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Anyone with anything good to say about these stairs is either lying, or they are making them differently than before. I wish I could post pictures. Looks good from a distance but flip it over and see that it's made of the poorest junk wood (roughly cut and unsanded, box was full of sawdust/splinters.) Finish marred on front of step (not during shipping). Safety locking pin doesn't extend far enough to engage hole. Poorest of QA. I've seen some pretty poor products out there but this was in a class of its own. Straight to the landfill.
