I ordered these because it came up in a search for something that would fit wide feet. But they are so small that, wide or not, they ran small. (More like a size 6.) I ordered them in April, then received them in June. Upon opening the box smelled a little like paint thinner. The box was crushed like it had been on a shipping pod for two months. Just requesting to return took two days. At first they sent a return label that required me to pay shipping to California. I wrote to them to say I didn't think that was quite fair. Update: seller refunded money and wrote: "We have issue the refund, for the apology, the shoes not need to send back, you could give it as a gift for your friend or family." I'm happy with the way they resolved it.
