When first installed, I loved this faucet. It worked as advertised and felt like it was good quality. That was in August '18. By November, the internal hose ruptured and would spray water out of the side whenever we would try to use it, so we quit using the sprayer until we could get a hold of the seller to figure out a fix for the problem. Since the rupture occurred, we have contacted Fapully several times via email and have received zero response from them. It is frustrating enough to have a broken faucet, but the entire lack of any kind of customer service is unacceptable. Based on my initial impression of the faucet, I would have loved to be able to recommend it, but now I cannot.
