Product has a manufacturing defect. The whole box is torqued. Had a professional electrician hook up. Ground faults consistently. Tech support is awful. You wait literally an hour or more on hold, never get through as the number of people on hold never drops below 25. Website says email a callback request. You email and they respond - 3 days later - telling you to call in. I’m returning this unit and replacing for an alternate brand.
