I would not consider this dehydrator as 'large capacity' as they indicate. The trays are only 9x9 inches! I do like that the trays are stainless however. Machine vibrates when in use. There is no insulation and sides are hot to the touch, even though dehydrating at very low temperature (115 degrees F). Takes a lot longer to dehydrate than my other dehydrator even tho same fruit/thickness/ and temp settings. Really not impressed. UPDATE 5/10/21 - After months of being harassed for me to change my rating by enticing me with $, I will downgrade from a 2 to a 1. This is TOTALLY unprofessional and I am not sure how to make the emails stop other than blocking them, only to receive another email by a different person. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
